This full-time Brand Fulfillment Coordinator career opportunity is with a premier, global house of brands known for durability and craftsmanship.
Operating with a focus on long-term sustainable growth and a healthy work-life balance, this company prides itself on being a "trusted partner" to its employees. Unlike typical high-turnover distribution centers, this facility offers a stable, family-oriented environment where you aren't just a number—you are an essential part of a specialized 10-person fulfillment team. If you are a reliable professional with a positive attitude and a desire to grow within a growing organization that actually promotes from within, this is the perfect home for you.
The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:
Execute precision order fulfillment by accurately selecting finished goods from stock using advanced handheld scanning technology and tablets
Master the logistics workflow, including the professional packing, sealing, labeling, and stenciling of high-quality goods for global shipment
Manage shipping documentation such as packing forms, bills of lading, and digital records for major carriers like UPS and FedEx
Operate specialized material-handling equipment, including electric pallet riders and forklifts, to safely move and position inventory for distribution
Maintain a high-efficiency workspace by adhering to 5S organizational standards and collaborating with the warehouse team to meet daily production goals
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
A proven track record of strong attendance and reliability; this is the most critical requirement for our team
Experience in "true" order picking, including the ability to follow detailed digital picking processes and use warehouse inventory software
Basic mathematical proficiency (fractions, decimals, and percentages) and the ability to read complex shipping documents
Physical capability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift items up to 70 lbs in a dynamic warehouse environment
A positive, collaborative attitude with the communication skills necessary to work side-by-side with industry specialists
A stable work history and a residence within a 30-minute drive of the Germantown, WI area
