About Us Gardner's Wisconsin Cheese is a family-owned artisan cheese and specialty food brand based in Marshfield, WI. We sell direct-to-consumer through our website and ship orders nationwide. We're a small team where everyone wears multiple hats, and we're looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment. The Role This is a hybrid position split between two areas: order fulfillment through ShipStation (experience required) and e-commerce operations. You'll report directly to our Operations Manager and be involved in a little bit of everything. On the fulfillment side, you'll help process, sort, and prepare orders in ShipStation and Shopify for our pack-and-ship team. On the e-commerce side, you'll be the person who takes ideas across the finish line. When our team develops a plan for a website update, a new product listing, an app integration, or a piece of ad creative, you're the one who makes it happen. We want our team to stay focused on strategy and new ideas without getting bogged down in the final steps of execution. What You'll Do Process and manage orders through ShipStation and Shopify Prepare and organize orders for the fulfillment team to pack and ship Assist with maintaining our Shopify website (product listings, pages, apps, integrations) Help create content and ad creative for marketing campaigns Implement website changes, new tools, and process improvements as directed Support day-to-day e-commerce operations as needs arise What We're Looking For Must have: Experience with ShipStation Experience with Shopify Additional experience in at least one of the following: e-commerce operations, content creation, ad creative, graphic design, marketing, or web management Strong candidates will also have experience with: Design and video tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Meta Ads Manager or other ad platforms General comfort with learning new software and platforms quickly The kind of person who does well here: You're someone who has had your hands in a few different things in the e-commerce world. Maybe your background is heavier on the creative side, or maybe it leans more operational, but either way you're comfortable bouncing between fulfilling orders and adding a new product to our site or putting together an ad. You're a quick learner, you don't need your hand held, and you like the variety of a role where no two days look exactly the same. This role is NOT a fit if: You're looking for a pure warehouse/fulfillment position with no digital or creative responsibilities, or you only have experience in ShipStation with no exposure to e-commerce, content, or marketing work.
Pay:
$38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
