About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fulfillment Coordinator to manage and optimize our order fulfillment process, with a strong focus on TikTok and Shopify inventory and logistics. This role is essential to ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of goods between our warehouse, 3rd Party Fulfillment Center, and direct-to-customer shipments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, familiar with logistics and experienced in working with third-party warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fulfillment operations for e-commerce platforms such as

TikTok Shop and Shopify Finished Goods Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstock or stockouts.

E-commerce Fulfillment Coordination:

Handle daily order-related issues across different e-commerce platforms to ensure orders are shipped on time and operations run smoothly.

Internal Supply Allocation:

Allocate limited inventory among different sales channels based on business needs. 2. Logistics & Shipping Coordinate freight and parcel shipments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and specific carrier requirements. Work with 3PL providers and freight partners to resolve shipping issues. Track all shipments and update internal systems to reflect delivery status and inventory changes. 3. Warehouse Coordination Communicate daily with warehouse teams to align priorities and shipping schedules. Confirm inventory availability, resolve discrepancies, and ensure fulfillment accuracy.

Qualification:

Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management. Bachelor's degree or above. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin, including handling emails and business communication. Quick learner with the ability to efficiently master various office software applications. Strong problem-solving skills, able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment, and communicate effectively with team members. Detail-oriented, proactive, and proficient in office software. Must have legal work authorization in the United States. Full-time, on-site position only (remote work and OPT sponsorship are not available). Relevant work experience is preferred.
