Hybrid As a Lead Supervisor, you will lead a warehouse team and grade 6 supervisor, ensuring safety protocols are followed, inventory is accurately tracked, and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. This is an onsite position that will require flexibility including the ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends and most holidays. Eligible for overtime pay when working holidays. There is no hybrid option for this position. The Lead Supervisor is expected to work closely with Superintendent. The primary role of a Lead Supervisor is to oversee the day-to-day operation of a Parts Distribution Center. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead a represented team responsible for Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping. Deliver objectives related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, Absenteeism. Engage with key stakeholders including suppliers to deliver key objectives. Maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders, including fair and consistent administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Supervise and develop material control supervisors. Responsible for all operations including, but not limited to: Safety, Denials, Quality, On-time delivery, Union Relationships, and Transportation. Inventory Management, Manage Budgets, Environmental/Facility Management, Operational Business Plans, Liaison for all external partners. This is an onsite position that will require flexibility including the ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays. There is no hybrid option for this position. You'll have… High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn current systems (SAP/EWM). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions independently. Goal oriented mindset.
