Shipping Coordinator•
Job Details Location:
Secaucus, NJ 07094
Pay Rate:
$20•$21 per hour
Schedule:
Monday•
Thursday:
8:30 AM•5:30 PM (Onsite)
Friday:
8:30 AM•5:00 PM (Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities:
Transmit and process electronic shipping documents such as: Advance Shipping Notice (ASN / 856) Invoices (810) Route customer orders through vendor portals Prepare shipping documentation including: Bills of lading Shipping manifests Packing lists Monitor inventory from receiving through shipping reports Run monthly inventory reports and assist warehouse team with physical inventory reconciliation Coordinate with the Compliance department to reduce and prevent chargebacks Communicate with carriers and trucking companies to schedule freight pickups and follow up on deliveries

$20.00•$21.00 per hour
