Technical Project Lead - Fulfillment / OMS

Job Description Hybrid role

• onsite 2-3 days per week We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to drive and deliver cross-functional initiatives within a retail environment.

This individual will play a critical role in leading complex shipping and fulfillment projects, overseeing integrations with third-party logistics providers, and ensuring seamless communication of order tracking to end customers. You will partner with internal and external teams to enable real-time order tracking and status communication to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, hands-on experience with microservices architectures, and a deep understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS)—specifically Sterling OMS—within a retail context. This person will overse and coordinate integrations with third-party platforms, including: Narvar (customer communication, email, and tracking) and Shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. • 5+ years of experience in technical project leadership or delivery roles
• Strong experience driving cross-functional projects in a retail environment
• Proven expertise with microservices architecture
• Knowledge or experience with Sterling OMS
• Experience leading or supporting shipping and fulfillment-related initiatives
• Demonstrated experience integrating with third-party platforms and APIs
• Familiarity with FedEx and UPS integrations
• Experience working with order tracking, logistics, and customer-facing delivery systems
