Vehicle Fleet Coordinator Job at a

W2 only, throughEOY Pay:
$39.70/hrKey Responsibilities Inventory Control:
Coordinate the refresh of internal fleets by collaborating with Sales and Product teams to minimize downtime and reduce aged inventory.Exchange Management:
Oversee the timely exchange of vehicles to meet monthly wholesale/retail targets for BMW and MINI.Delivery Coordination:
Direct vehicle arrivals and exchanges, ensuring all vehicle conditions are documented accurately in Vehicle Administration systems.Titling & Registration:
Manage the titling and registration process with local clerks or 3rd-party agencies to ensure all vehicles are legally road-ready.Maintenance & Risk Management:
Coordinate repairs with the National Workshop, dealerships, and collision centers to minimize vehicle downtime.Insurance Liaison:
Act as the main point of contact for insurance partners regarding incident and damage claims.Compliance:
Ensure full adherence to federal and state damage disclosure requirements for both new and used vehicles.Asset Protection:
Direct fleet owners on proper documentation and reporting of driver issues to protect company assets.Administrative & Strategic Support:
Maintain accurate records for plate assignments, in-service dates, customer assignments, and damage disclosures.Process Optimization:
Collaborate with distribution partners to resolve inflow issues and improve fleet resale value/turnaround time.Customer Service:
Manage day-to-day operational issues and resolve high-priority or escalated customer requests. Required Skills Broad knowledge of company car strategies, vehicle administration systems, and fleet policy enforcement Strong ability to direct dealership staff and internal stakeholders across multiple departments Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to research and make fact-based, data-backed decisions Required Education Bachelor's degree requiredAbout CEI:
