Job Summary:

The Dock Master is responsible for managing marina operations, including dock maintenance, customer service, and staff supervision. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the marine industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in marina management, boating operations, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily marina operations, including docking, slip assignments, and reservations. Provide exceptional customer service to boat owners, tenants, and visitors. Supervise and schedule marina staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Enforce marina rules and regulations to maintain safety and order. Monitor and maintain docks, fuel stations, and other facilities for safety and cleanliness. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of marina infrastructure, including pilings, walkways, and utilities. Assist with vessel arrivals and departures, ensuring proper docking and mooring procedures. Maintain accurate records of slip assignments, billing, and customer interactions. Work closely with the marina owners to implement policies and improvements. Respond to emergencies, including inclement weather situations, vessel issues, and customer concerns.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
