Receiving and Shipping Coordinator

Condustrial, Inc. is now hiring a shipping and receiving coordinator in Columbia, SC We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping & Customer Service Coordinator to oversee the timely and accurate shipment of company materials while delivering exceptional customer service. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and positive customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Documentation Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling customer service needs, writing purchase orders (POs), creating routers, and managing all related correspondence. Provide customer service support to additional clients as needed. Prepare and applies labels/barcodes Maintain customer paperwork in accordance with customer specifications. Correct and revise invoicing issues promptly. Schedule customer pickups and ensure accurate communication of shipment details. Shipping & Material Coordination Oversee proper shipping of company materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards. Order structural materials and office supplies as needed. Perform shipping clerk duties when required. Clock jobs as they are completed to maintain accurate workflow tracking. All other duties as assigned Required Competencies Strong math skills, including the ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Previous shipping and receiving experience Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Forklift experience High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
