Warehouse Materials Coordinator

We are looking for a dependable, organized person to help prepare job materials early each morning before our crews leave for the day. This role is important because it helps keep jobs running smoothly, ensures crews have what they need, and helps maintain accurate warehouse inventory. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working early morning hours. Responsibilities Arrive early each morning to review the jobs scheduled for the day Pull, organize, and stage materials needed for each crew/job Make sure materials are ready before crews leave for the jobsite Check inventory levels and help track materials used Keep the warehouse organized and clean Notify management when supplies are low or need to be reordered Help receive, sort, and store materials as needed Label or separate materials by job/crew when necessary Communicate with the office or crew leads about missing materials, changes, or special job needs Assist with periodic inventory counts Requirements Must be dependable and on time Must be available Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM-9:00 AM Strong organizational skills Ability to follow job notes, material lists, and instructions Comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving materials Basic knowledge of tools, construction materials, or warehouse organization preferred Ability to work independently Good communication skills Attention to detail Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who likes organization, does well with routine, and understands the importance of having materials ready before the workday starts. This role is best for someone who is reliable, efficient, and comfortable working behind the scenes to help crews stay prepared. Summary This is a part-time early morning position focused on warehouse organization, inventory tracking, and daily job material preparation. The main goal is to make sure each crew has the right materials ready before leaving for their scheduled jobs.

Pay:

$12.00 - $13.00 per hour
