About the Role Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of inventory. In this role, you will be responsible for managing shipments, coordinating teams, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring rapid turnaround times. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential to our success. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Shipment Coordination

• Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory to ensure seamless warehouse operations. Data Entry & Logistics Management
• Utilize inventory management systems to track product movement, update records, and ensure order accuracy. Team Coordination & Communication
• Provide clear instructions to forklift operators and warehouse staff to optimize workflow efficiency. Quality Control & Inspections
• Conduct thorough quality checks on inventory, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards. Process Optimization
• Maintain organized workflows and troubleshoot any issues affecting warehouse operations.

Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Education:

One-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment. 1-3 years of data entry experience, preferably in logistics or inventory management.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in inventory management software and logistics data entry. Ability to convert different weight metrics based on customer requirements. Attention to

Strong numerical skills and ability to maintain precise records.

Flexibility & Adaptability:

Willingness to work overtime and off-shift schedules as needed.

Strong Organizational & Communication Skills:
