Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure safety compliance. Your leadership will be vital in optimizing warehouse processes, supporting logistics functions, and maintaining a high-performance team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling. Oversee inventory management and control to ensure accuracy and efficiency using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms. Lead and manage warehouse team members, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a motivated workforce. Coordinate with logistics partners and 3PL providers to streamline shipments and deliveries. Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety protocols (OSHA compliance), and overall workflow. Ensure proper operation of equipment such as forklifts, mechanical tools, and heavy lifting devices while adhering to safety standards. Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent discrepancies and support e-commerce fulfillment demands. Experience Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with demonstrated leadership skills. Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics operations, and warehouse distribution processes. Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and materials handling equipment including forklifts. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting and mechanical operations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment. Prior experience working in e-commerce or 3PL environments is highly desirable. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Does this compensation package align with your salary expectations for the role? This operation runs 7 days per week. The supervisor schedule consists of 5 working days per week, with shifts beginning at 6:00 AM and ending once all work is completed. The schedule includes being off every other Saturday, with Mondays and Tuesdays rotating as scheduled days off. Would you be able to accommodate and commit to this work schedule?
