Shipping Coordinator

Follow all company safety and quality requirements. Scheduling and communicating with trucking company for pickup/deliveries. Providing materials department pick slips for product loading. Shipping transactions for the product in the ERP system. Providing accurate packing slips and BOL for the trucking company. Reporting of any material quality concerns. Willing to work flexible hours and overtime or weekends as needed. Prompt and dependable attendance. Other duties as assigned. Excellent communication skills. Show initiative. Knowledge of product use and operation. Ability to read shop floor documents. Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace. Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal. The trait of being dependable and trustworthy. High School Diploma or GED required. One year of related experience.
