Warehouse Picking and/or Receiving Lead

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Picking and/or Receiving Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations within assigned functional areas. This role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting either picking and/or receiving functions while leading, coaching, and holding team members accountable to performance, accuracy, and safety standards.

What Youll DoOperational Responsibilities:

Depending on business needs, you will lead and support either picking and/or receiving operations:

Picking:

Oversee accurate picking and staging of customer ordersEnsure correct parts, quantities, and on-time order fulfillmentMaintain organization and efficiency within picking zonesSupport outbound preparation including totes and shipments

Receiving:

Oversee accurate and timely receiving of incoming freightEnsure proper entry of shipments into

ADIS/TPW

systems and logsDirect staging and flow of incoming product for stockingMonitor receipt and handling of small parcel shipments (UPS, FedEx, Spee-Dee, etc.)

General Warehouse Operations:
