This role is responsible for driving daily execution, holding the team accountable to performance standards, and ensuring shipments move accurately and on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and can keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Own daily Amazon FBA shipment execution through Seller Central Ensure all labeling, prep, packaging, and routing requirements are met Monitor shipment timelines and address delays before they impact performance Lead a small team, setting expectations and maintaining accountability Track productivity and address gaps in performance or output Troubleshoot shipment, inventory, and workflow issues in real time Coordinate with receiving and inventory teams to ensure product readiness Identify inefficiencies and implement practical process improvements Qualifications Required 3+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience with direct accountability for team performance Experience with inventory or warehouse systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly Ability to learn and navigate Amazon Seller Central Willingness to become certified on warehouse equipment Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift in an active warehouse environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform team lifts as needed Ability to bend, reach, and safely operate warehouse equipment Preferred Amazon FBA experience Experience in a high-volume fulfillment or 3PL environment Experience using metrics to manage performance or improve processes Work Environment This role operates on the warehouse floor in an active environment with moving equipment, varying temperatures, and ongoing production. Success in this position requires consistent presence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
