About the Role Meco is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support and coordinate daily warehouse operations in our Greeneville facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping materials moving safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting and guiding a team. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of warehouse experience (preferred) Previous leadership or team lead experience (preferred) Strong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, shipping) Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication skills (verbal and written) Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems Forklift experience (certification preferred) What You'll Do Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Assign and coordinate workflow to meet productivity goals Serve as the go-to resource for warehouse associates (questions, direction, issue resolution) Partner with other shift leads to ensure smooth transitions and communication Coordinate manpower with Receiving and production needs Track incoming inventory and ensure accurate system entry Direct proper storage of materials to maximize space utilization Train, coach, and support warehouse team members Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times Operate forklifts and material handling equipment ️ Work Environment Warehouse setting with temperature changes, noise, and dust Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Overtime and occasional weekends as needed PPE required based on tasks
