Production-Shipping Coordinator Full-Time | Manufacturing / Print Environment | Hartsville, TN We're hiring a Production-Shipping Coordinator to help keep jobs moving from production to shipment in a fast-paced commercial print environment. This role sits at the intersection of production, shipping, and customer service — ensuring jobs are completed, documented, and shipped accurately and on time. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping multiple moving pieces on track, this is a great opportunity to play a key role in daily operations. What You'll Do Coordinate communication between production, shipping, and customer service teams Track job status and ensure orders are ready to ship on time Confirm quantities, destinations, and shipment details are accurate Work with carriers and internal teams to schedule shipments Communicate delays or issues to appropriate team members Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Assist with general production or shipping support as needed What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate clearly with multiple departments Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets) Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented Nice to Have Experience in shipping, logistics, or manufacturing Experience in a commercial print environment Familiarity with freight carriers or shipping systems Physical & Work Environment Combination of office and production floor work Ability to sit, stand, and move between departments throughout the day Occasional lifting (up to 30-50 lbs) Why This Role Is Important This position helps ensure that finished work gets out the door accurately and on time . Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
