Schedule:

2nd shift 2pm to 10pm (this is a 24 hour site, must be flexible to work all shifts) PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the HVAC manufacturing industry to hire a Warehouse Supervisor who will drive efficiency, safety, and performance across warehouse and material operations. This is a leadership role where your ability to manage people, processes, and priorities will directly impact production flow and operational success. Role Overview As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material flow within a manufacturing environment. You'll lead and develop a team of hourly associates while ensuring safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will help maintain the pace and precision required in manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records of materials, supplies, and equipment Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and internal material flow processes Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with EH&S standards Monitor yard operations, including trailer movement and communication systems Lead, coach, and develop hourly associates to achieve performance and engagement goals Conduct shift huddles and one-on-one check-ins to drive communication and team alignment Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements Utilize tools and systems to identify inefficiencies and correct operational issues Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements Track and manage KPIs related to safety, productivity, and employee engagement Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Materials, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, HR, and Finance Partner constructively with union representatives to maintain positive labor relations Manage operations across multiple shifts, including weekends as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in warehouse, production, or planning environments Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment Commitment to safety, compliance, and team development Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field Experience leading hourly teams in a union environment Background in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or materials management Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles Proven ability to drive results with a sense of urgency Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions Proficiency with computer systems and warehouse management software Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and influence outcomes Leadership Expectations Lead with integrity through transparent communication and fair decision-making Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and inclusion Empower and coach team members to drive performance and continuous improvement Address operational challenges proactively and maintain a solutions-focused mindset Apply Today If you're ready to lead with purpose and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, apply now to be considered for this Warehouse Supervisor opportunity with PDS Tech Commercial.

Pay Details:
