Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Associate / Route Leader to join our team. This role provides direct support to the truck driver during delivery routes, ensuring products are delivered safely, on time, and with excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist with delivering products to assigned stores and customers Load and unload merchandise using pallet jacks (manual or electric) and hand trucks Verify deliveries against invoices and process returns when necessary Provide friendly customer service and address any customer questions or concerns Follow established routes and comply with safety standards and company procedures Requirements Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a regular basis Previous experience using pallet jacks and hand trucks Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (heat, cold, outdoor environments) Strong communication skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) - required Valid driver's license (CDL not required) Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Discounts Bi-weekly payments
