Full Job Description Job Overview:

Our ideal candidate for the Warehouse Service Coordinator position will have experience working in a warehouse environment and possess a working knowledge of warehouse procedures. In addition, we are looking for our Warehouse Service Coordinator to have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as at least 1 year of warehouse and/or forklift experience. The equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable. The position will primarily be focused on the general storage and material handling duties related to the warehouse. Responsibilities:

Follow warehouse operation procedures; verify shipments, maintain accurate records of all warehouse inventory and ensure adequate stock levels Record deliveries and maintaining inventory with computer system Lift, carry, maneuver and store equipmentOperating forklift to move merchandiseInspect physical condition of warehouse and equipment Inspect, configure and upgrade new and returned radio units for deployment Prepare work orders and requisitions for equipment repair and replacement Coordinate the salvage of damaged or used assets and material Participate in the planning of personnel safety and asset protection activities Pull merchandise from warehouse and preparing for deliveryEnsure all policies and guidelines are being followed Observe all safety and security procedures Coordinate the field division's automotive fleet; assist with the purchase, maintenance and disposal of company vehicles Assist with monthly automotive fleet inventory audits Other duties as assigned Work requires weekend and/or evening work and some travel may be required Requirements One (1) year in related warehouse operations or inventory role required; valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation to drive for business purposes required Ability to operate fork-lift and maintain certification required Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other job related software including inventory control software and CSG Systems software Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and communicate numerical data Customer service oriented with passion for high customer satisfaction and achieving operational excellence; ability to interact with all levels of staff including senior management Must be able to demonstrate attention to accuracy on all duties and responsibilities Ability to analyze and define problems, prioritize work flow, multitask, meet deadlines and remain flexible Proven strength of following through on commitment Ability to push, pull and lift materials up to 70 lbs Ability to maintain confidentiality Must comply with Company and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) established safety policies and requirements Disclaimer This job description is not meant to be an all-inclusive statement of every duty and responsibility which will ever be required of an employee in this position, however, the employee will be held responsible for all duties assigned.
