Full-Time Position Summary:

Cooper Group Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead (Level 3) to oversee daily warehouse operations while actively working alongside team members. This hands-on leadership role requires strong operational knowledge, team coordination skills, and a commitment to safety, productivity, and accuracy. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring workflows run efficiently and company standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and support warehouse team members in daily operations Actively participate in warehouse tasks including picking, packing, loading, and unloading Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Monitor workflow to ensure productivity and accuracy standards are met Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Assist with scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience Prior experience in a lead or team leader role required Forklift certification and proven equipment operating experience Valid drivers license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions
