Temp RPM Staffing is looking for a 2nd shift Warehouse lead in Bonham, TX! Position Summary We are seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Fabrication Supervisor Lead to oversee production operations, drive safety and quality standards, and lead a high-performing team. This role focuses on efficient capacity management, continuous improvement, and delivering products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (with potential overtime)
Pay:
Starting at $27.50/hour and up, depending on experience Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all safety policies. Plan and manage production, resources, overtime, and headcount to meet goals. Lead, train, and develop team members while monitoring performance and KPIs. Ensure quality checks, sampling, and documentation are completed accurately. Execute build plans for on-time, cost-effective, high-quality output. Drive 5S, continuous improvement, and Lean initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and support operational efficiency. Requirements 2-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. 2 years experience with sheet metal manufacturing. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude with the ability to motivate teams and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing is highly desired. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
