Ferguson is now hiring for an exciting opportunity as a

DC Supervisor Shift:

Monday

• Friday, 7am
• 3:30pm
• Overtime as required Responsible for supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant and efficient warehousing services, including storage of materials and repairs and maintenance of equipment, to achieve daily objectives as part of the established plan.

Coordinates warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution and component part support, and supports compliance tasks. Ensures the safe and proper storage of materials within delegation of responsibility. Provides daily supervision to a team of direct reports and delivers basic skills training, coaching and mentoring. Schedules repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts, and assists in developing replenishment plans for equipment. Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements Regular and reliable attendance Other duties as assigned

Pay Range:

$20.44

42 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
