Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Brookshire, Texas. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate preparation, documentation, and shipment of client orders while maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency. The position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively balance teamwork with independent tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package orders for shipment according to specific client requirements.
• Train new team members and assist in developing and updating process manuals.
• Verify the packaging of all items to ensure safe shipping and compliance with client standards.
• Review and process documentation to ensure accuracy and proper shipment.
• Organize packages and direct them to the appropriate locations for pickup.
• Perform and document cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct client-specific cycle counts and maintain detailed findings.
• Monitor excess inventory and make necessary adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through manual checks.
