We're a professional, close-knit team that values reliability, ownership, and real career growth. About the Role This isn't just a warehouse job you'll own a dedicated portfolio of client accounts. You'll be the operational point person for your assigned customers: coordinating shipments, keeping inventory accurate, and communicating directly with clients and carriers. Main Responsibilities Inspect and verify merchandise at warehouse entry and exit Manage assigned client accounts coordinate and record all related cargo movements Prepare shipment and inventory reports; keep system records up to date Serve as point of contact for assigned clients and carriers Operate SLAM system for real-time inventory tracking and control Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain smooth daily operations Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Availability for overtime or occasional weekend work as needed What We Offer Biweekly pay via direct deposit on time, every time Stable, professional work environment Clear path to grow into operations leadership or senior client services One week of paid vacation after your first year Requirements 1+ year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or freight operations (preferred) Basic to intermediate computer and systems skills Reliable transportation to the workplace Detail-oriented, punctual, and proactive attitude Immediate start available Preferred Skills Microsoft Excel (basic or intermediate) SAP knowledge (a plus) SLAM system experience (a plus) Bilingual Spanish and English Strong communication and teamwork skills
