This role is responsible for coordinating team activities, maintaining operational standards, and helping ensure accurate inventory flow, timely order handling, and excellent internal and external service. What You Will Do Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Lead, train, and support warehouse team members to promote performance, safety, and accountability Monitor workflow to help ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and process oversight Enforce safety procedures and support compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to inventory, delivery, or fulfillment Review equipment, facilities, and supplies to help ensure operational readiness Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and overall warehouse performance Prepare reports, document issues, and communicate updates to management as needed What We Are Looking For Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or a related operational environment Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with team members and other departments Working knowledge of inventory processes, shipping and receiving, and warehouse best practices Comfort using warehouse systems, scanners, and basic computer applications Ability to solve problems, adapt to changing priorities, and make sound decisions Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace Preferred Qualifications Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory control software Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment Knowledge of OSHA or other workplace safety standards Experience supporting process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives What You Can Expect A collaborative work environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork Opportunities to build leadership skills and contribute to operational success Hands-on responsibility with variety in daily tasks and priorities If you are a motivated professional who enjoys leading teams, improving operations, and keeping warehouse functions running smoothly, we encourage you to apply.
