Job Description

We're looking for a leader who sets the pace, supports the team, and gets the job done right!
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Lead supports daily warehouse operations by helping coordinate workflow, guide team members, and ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. This role serves as a key point of contact for shift personnel and works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly. Team Leadership & Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for shift personnel
  • Support leadership in overseeing daily operations and team performance
  • Coach, guide, and provide feedback to team members
  • Communicate expectations, priorities, and deadlines clearly
  • Assist with addressing employee concerns and reinforcing policies Operations & Workflow Coordination
  • Assist in overseeing daily warehouse activities and staffing assignments
  • Help coordinate workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor daily operations and adjust priorities
  • Identify and resolve workflow challenges
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations
  • Lead by example by stepping in to work alongside the team when needed, offering hands-on support to drive success Training & Development
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires
  • Help develop team members' skills and strengths
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Quality & Process Improvement
  • Monitor processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify process gaps and areas for improvement
  • Support investigations into errors and determine root causes
  • Assist with implementing process improvements Safety & Compliance
  • Reinforce company policies and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Report unsafe conditions and promote safe practices
  • Participate in safety meetings Performance Tracking
  • Track team performance using KPIs
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist with inventory processes such as cycle counts Equipment & Facility Support
  • Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Report operational issues promptly Shift Expectations
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Availability to work 1-2 weekends per month is required Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
  • A minimum of Two (2) years in a leadership role
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
