This is a fast-paced, production-driven environment handling 10,000-15,000 parcels per day across a 7-day operation. This role is critical to ensuring daily execution, team performance, and operational flow. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on the floor, leading by example, and managing teams in a high-throughput environment.

Schedule:

5 days/week, primarily 1:30 PM - close (up to 1:00 AM as needed), including weekends Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound unloading, sortation, pallet build, and outbound loading Lead a team of ~7 hourly associates per shift in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment Ensure parcels are processed accurately and efficiently to meet daily dispatch timelines Monitor workflow and adjust labor in real-time to maintain throughput and productivity Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance and attendance standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary Communicate effectively with internal leadership and external client stakeholders as needed Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience Prior experience supervising hourly teams (preferred) Forklift Experience Preferred Experience in cross-dock, sortation, or parcel environments is a strong plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Comfortable working extended hours when volume requires Reliable, accountable, and able to lead from the front What We're Looking For A "player-coach" who isn't afraid to jump in and help Someone who can manage both people and process under pressure Strong communicator who can keep operations running smoothly during peak periods High sense of ownership and urgency Additional Details This is a startup-style operation with a major client, so flexibility and adaptability are key Schedule will include evenings and weekends as part of a 7-day operation Opportunity to grow with the business as volume scales If you're looking for a leadership role where you can make an immediate impact and help build a high-performing operation from the ground up, we'd love to connect.
