Job Duties:

Oversees and manages warehouse and floor performance, inventory flow, order fulfillment, safety compliance, operating procedures, and company policies to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality. Supervises floor staff, and assigns schedules and tasks. Maintains logs, incident reports, and shift documents. Directs order picking, batching, and staging for delivery, and ensures accurate and complete orders. Monitors stock levels, expiration dates, overstocked items, and replenish inventory. Coordinates with sales and inventory departments. Identifies bottlenecks and operational improvements. Ensures timely and accurate deliveries and pickups. Resolves discrepancies, errors, and escalated customer complaints.

Education Required:

None. Experience Required (years or months): 2 years of experience on job offered required. In lieu of the required experience, applicants with any suitable combination of education, training, or experience are acceptable, including, Bachelors degree in economics or Bachelors in Business Administration.
