Job Description

Sub Zero, Wolf, and Cove, the leading manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances, is a family-owned company known for craftsmanship, innovation, and integrity. Our products are found in the world's most luxurious homes, and behind them are teams of people who live our values every day. We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support reporting, communication, and operational accuracy across our 7 Regional Distribution Centers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Run and distribute reports to all seven RDC locations related to: Inbound shipments Products not received correctly Picking errors Aging inbound returns Monitor reporting trends and communicate findings to support operational improvement Partner with RDC teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel SAP experience Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support is a plus
