Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor who is fluent in Mandarin to lead our warehouse operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily distribution activities, managing inventory control, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes. Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and materials handling to ensure smooth operations. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. Oversee inventory management processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to maintain accurate stock levels. Coordinate warehouse distribution efforts, ensuring timely order fulfillment for eCommerce clients. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize workflow. Ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and safety protocols during all warehouse activities. Manage forklift operations and heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining equipment maintenance records. Requirements Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with Mandarin language proficiency. Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse distribution processes. Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), AS400, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead, train, and develop staff effectively. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting and materials handling.
