This role is ideal for someone with warehouse leadership experience who can help manage workflow, support warehouse staff, and keep operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to help lead a warehouse team in a fast-paced import and logistics environment. Experience related to customs brokerage, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations is strongly preferred. Basic computer knowledge is also a plus. This position may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate's experience, leadership ability, and background in warehouse and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Help oversee day-to-day warehouse operations Support and direct warehouse staff to maintain productivity and workflow Operate a forklift safely and efficiently Assist with shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse Track inventory, materials, and incoming/outgoing shipments Communicate with management regarding workflow, staffing, and operational needs Assist with logistics-related coordination and documentation Support customs-related processes and import operations as needed Use basic computer systems for warehouse, shipping, or inventory tasks Qualifications Previous warehouse experience required Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred Forklift experience required Experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or customs brokerage preferred Basic computer knowledge preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment Dependable and able to help lead by example Pay Range Pay will depend on experience and qualifications.

Warehouse Supervisor/Lead level:
