for a Bilingual Warehouse Lead!

Mesquite, TX 75149

Pay Rate:

$18•$21

Hourly DOE Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM•Finish of production (Must be Flexible) Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members, management, and other departments. Perform basic administrative tasks, such as updating logs and inventory systems. Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish)•Required High School diploma or GED; associate degree preferred. 2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be able to lead a team of 10-15 people

Work Environment:

Paper facility/warehouse environment•exposure to dust, forklifts, and heavy machinery. Must be able to work in varying temperatures and stand/walk for long periods.
