Full Job Description Cypress Engine Accessories, a rapidly growing Industrial Engine Instrumentation, Controls and Service company is looking for a Warehouse & Processing Representative to support the surrounding markets for our Midland, Texas location. The Warehouse & Processing Representative provides overall location support, to include (but not limited to): Warehouse Management, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Support, Sales Transactions (processing internal and external customer requests), Territory Deliveries, Customer Service, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Branch Operations:
Warehouse Operations, Shipping/Receiving/Deliveries, Inventory Movement, Organizing, Order-Picking, Sales Support, Customer Service, etc. Direct Support to Facility Manager and sales territory. Shipping/Receiving Lead (Lifting required), including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing orders to Facility Manger for processing. Review customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped. Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition.Inventory Support:
Assist in cycle-count and inventory movement activities. Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employee, vendor and customer traffic. Maintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations. Wears personal protective equipment as necessary for the job. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Perform Additional Duties asAssigned Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Minimum of 2 years Relevant Work Experience. Knowledge of natural gas engines and compressors, a plus.Skills and Abilities:
Strong organization, multi-tasking, versatility, communication, and attention to detail. Positive attitude, a cooperative nature, and self-motivation. Excellent Customer Service skills. Must be able to work in a Fast-paced Work Environment with the ability to Lead and make Sound Decisions. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse atmosphere. Must be able to operate a Fork Lift (training provided.) Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Job Type:

No Physical/Mental Requirements:
Since this position requires the handling of merchandise, supplies and materials, it can be physically demanding. Your physical functions may include (and are not limited to): Lifting, up to 70 lbs. without assistance. Bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive movements. Step Ladder climbing. Standing, walking up to 5-hours in a row. Moving large quantities of merchandise with carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment. Warehouse Environment-occasional environmental heat over 95F, cold below 55F, working with moving vehicles.Operating Equipment:
Operating only the equipment that he/she has been trained and certified to use. Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
