Starting at $23 per hour CIG Logistics is a safety-first, technology-driven inventory company serving the Midland-Odessa / West Texas region. We specialize in the transloading, storage, and inventory management of proppant and bulk commodities. Our operations rely on clear procedures, strong safety standards, and systems that reduce mistakes, improve efficiency, and minimize environmental impact. This is a hands-on field position at our Odessa terminal. You'll work directly with bulk materials moving in and out by truck and rail in an industrial, oilfield-style environment. This is not an office job. This role is ideal for candidates with oilfield, industrial, warehouse, or terminal experience in the Midland-Odessa area. Schedule 24/7 terminal operations Set shift (non-rotating) 12-hour shifts 3½ days on / 3½ days off Nights, weekends, and holidays may be part of the assigned shift What You'll Do Follow all safety rules and terminal procedures Load bulk trucks with correct product and legal weights Unload and load railcars Move material into assigned silos and storage areas Operate terminal equipment safely (forklifts, conveyors, yard equipment, silos) Perform basic equipment and site maintenance Keep the terminal clean, organized, and safe Complete required inventory and operational documentation Sample or verify product to support inventory accuracy and quality standards Interact professionally with drivers and visitors on site Operate in a way that protects people, product, and the environment Report issues to the Terminal Manager Help train new employees as needed Support other Midland/Odessa-area terminals when required Perform other duties as assigned Pay & Growth Starting pay: $23/hour Pay increases available through certifications (engineering and conductor) Promotions are filled from within Education Reimbursement Program available Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental, Vision Short-Term & Long-Term Disability (STD/LTD) Life & Voluntary Life Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) Observed holidays Bereavement pay Parental leave Tapcheck (early access to earned wages) Spot Pet Insurance Longevity recognition through Snappy Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Valid driver's license Able to work on your feet in an industrial environment Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and around moving equipment Able to lift up to 100 lbs Preferred Oilfield, terminal, rail, warehouse, bulk material, or industrial experience Mechanical aptitude Strong safety mindset
