Job Description

Manage daily inventory operations and maintain inventory accuracy Receive, issue, transfer, and reconcile inventory transactions Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate replenishment purchasing Create and manage Purchase Orders and vendor communication Track equipment status, repairs, maintenance schedules, and readiness Coordinate with operations, field personnel, and vendors Maintain inventory and equipment records in company systems Perform routine inventory counts and cycle counts Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions Generate inventory, purchasing, and equipment utilization reports Ensure proper labeling, storage, organization, and asset tracking Support continuous improvement initiatives and process development Maintain clean and safe work areas
QualificationsRequired:
3+ years experience in inventory, warehouse, purchasing, equipment, operations, or asset management Strong computer skills Experience with spreadsheets and inventory systems Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license
Preferred:
Experience with: Inventory management systems Purchase order workflows Equipment maintenance tracking Microsoft Excel PowerApps / SharePoint Oilfield or industrial operations Barcode scanning and inventory controls What Success Looks Like Inventory accuracy above 98% Minimal stockouts Timely receiving and PO processing Improved equipment uptime Organized yard and storage areas Reliable reporting and accountability
