Collaborate with Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Control, and Forklift Operators to prioritize outbound orders. Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area. Track daily productivity and report shrink wrap performance, issues, or delays to supervisors/managers. Assist in resolving packaging, material, or equipment issues. Operate shrink wrap machines, heat guns, scissor lifts and other warehouse equipment's as needed. Core Competencies Leadership & Accountability Time Management Quality Control Problem Solving Safety Awareness Team Collaboration Qualifications 3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience required. Prior team lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of shrink wrap procedures, pallet configuration, freight preparation especially wrapping oversized items like Boats and aircraft. Ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
