Full-Time TrendHR is partnering with a well-established manufacturing and distribution company to hire a Shipping Supervisor to lead outbound operations at their Sulphur Springs facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term growth potential. Position Overview We're looking for a hands-on Shipping Supervisor who leads from the front-someone who can manage the process, support the team, and ensure shipments go out accurately and on time. This is not a "stand behind a desk" leadership role. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done environment . Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all outbound shipping operations (12-15 team members) Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and shipments Prepare and review Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation Supervise, coach, and support warehouse team members Assign work, monitor productivity, and maintain workflow efficiency Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Ensure shipments go out same-day or next-day whenever possible Maintain organization, accuracy, and safety standards across the floor Step in wherever needed to support the team and keep operations moving Work Environment & Perks Air-conditioned facility Team-oriented culture built on accountability and support Stable workflow with consistent volume Opportunity to grow into higher-level leadership roles Compensation & Benefits (Upon Hire) Medical (Company pays 90% of Individual coverage!!!)
