Job Description
Outbound Shipping Supervisor Job Summary Lead our shipping team in Draper, UT as an Outbound Shipping Supervisor earning $23-25/hour with full-time Monday-Friday day shift hours. Join a growing company where your leadership skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and team success. What You'll Do Supervise and coach a team of shipping associates, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity Oversee the complete outbound process from order picking and packing to final shipment preparation Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and ensure all customer orders ship accurately and on time Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance and safety Conduct quality checks on outbound orders to prevent damage and ensure completeness Manage shipping documentation, bills of lading, and warehouse management system transactions Track key performance indicators including on-time shipments, order accuracy, and labor efficiency Investigate and resolve shipping errors, delays, or customer complaints quickly and professionally Collaborate with receiving, inventory, and customer service teams to streamline warehouse operations Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and resolve shipping discrepancies
