From product fabrication to order preparation, collation, packaging, and shipment processing/manifesting, you keep the engine humming. You orchestrate workflow and maintain an organized, efficient fulfillment workspace where priorities are clear and timelines are met. What you will do Build and refine a cohesive workflow process across fulfillment activities. Ensure the right work moves through the department accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Communicate production schedule priorities so the team knows what matters most, when it matters. Prioritize, facilitate, and expedite production to align with customer due dates. Maintain complete and accurate reporting tools that reflect real performance. Monitor how metrics are collected, their accuracy, and the cadence of reporting to drive improvement. Collect and analyze data daily, weekly, monthly, and annually to measure process improvement and workflow performance against department metrics. Advance continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow system development. Recommend and develop future automated order-picking solutions and processes. Benchmark and track shipping systems and small-package carrier options to reduce freight expense for GSP and our customers. Deliver regular status updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership. Foster positive, necessary collaboration between Fulfillment and other departments. Refine, communicate, and manage department policies and procedures. Establish and monitor all training for new hires and current team members. You bring Supervisory Experience Packaging Experience
