In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders. Prepare shipping documents and labels, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality, addressing any discrepancies as needed. Maintain organized records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels. Collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment. Utilize shipping software and systems to track shipments and manage logistics. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipping and receiving. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
