Salt Lake City What You'll Do:
Under the direction of a supervisor, provides direction and leadership to warehouse personnel regarding the efficient and effective selection, storage, and loading of products and/or materials per Company standards/procedures. Safely all material handling equipment operates. Accurately completes all associated paperwork. Maintains clean work area consistent with company standards. Trains warehouse personnel in the above areas as necessary. Ensure that all QIP and sanitation policies and procedures are followed. Performs all duties of warehouse functions.

In This Role You'll:
All Associates:
Safely operated material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift) Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
Lead Specific:
Lead daily warehouse operations and oversee associate performance Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members Ensure safety compliance, productivity targets, and quality standards are met Communicating between associates and management to resolve issues promptly Maintain daily temperature logs, equipment checklists, and complete shift reports Must be willing to complete any task needed.
What You'll Bring All Associates:
Safely operate material handling equipment: electric pallet jacks and Reach forklifts (certification required, QCD can certify you) Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards Use warehouse technology (RF Scanners, Vo Collect Headset, and Warehouse Management System) to track orders and inventory Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
Lead Specific:
Previous leadership experience in a warehouse environment preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Minimum of 2 Years Exp in a Warehouse Lead position
Schedule & Setting:
Shifts typically starting at: 5:30AM
- can run 12 hours Sunday
- Wednesday Schedule Full time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:
- 5 °F to 38 °F) Primarily a 4-day work week Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
