The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations by organizing inventory, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall logistics. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Applicants must be atleast 25 Years Old for Insurance Purposes! Responsibilities Operate mechanical lift, forklift or vehicles Load and unload materials Take inventory of materials shipped or received Store, count, weigh, and open materials received Load and unload trucks and other vehicles for transporting goods Fill warehouse orders Label boxes to identify materials Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard Other duties as assigned Qualifications Working knowledge of general access control systems. Lenel and Genetec knowledge is preferred. Thorough understanding of electronic security systems, their individual parts, and the onsite labor necessary to complete an installation. Skills/experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. Ability to be creative and resourceful in obtaining solutions to uncommon applications. Ability to effectively work independently and in a team atmosphere. Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail. Proficient verbal and written communications skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. Customer focus and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Physical/Electronic Security Experience 5-7

Years Technical Skills:

Excellent organizational skills Awareness of Public Safety and Security measures in place to prevent injuries Ability to use computer technology to make labels, track inventory, and keep a record of storage Ability to work well with others
