Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Mixing Center Manager to join our team in Ruther Glen, VA. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily Mixing Center operations, managing inbound and outbound perishable food shipments, coordinating warehouse schedules, and ensuring compliance with all company procedures and FSMA regulations. The ideal candidate will possess warehouse management experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, experience within grocery or perishable food environments, and the ability to manage operations in a fast-paced distribution setting. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $29.81/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule Located in Ruther Glen, VA Duties and Responsibilities Manage all schedules related to Mixing Center warehouse operations Support inbound and outbound perishable food and grocery shipments Monitor inbound loads and ensure appointments are assigned to the correct dock doors Implement and ensure compliance with Supply Chain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Train employees on warehouse procedures and operational standards Optimize inbound delivery planning and maximize outbound load utilization Ensure inbound purchase orders are planned according to supply chain expectations Monitor inbound and outbound shipment reporting and system updates Track carrier performance and service KPI data Lead staff performance evaluations and day-to-day management activities Organize operational meetings to support holiday planning and special operational needs Maintain service expectations and operational efficiency throughout the Mixing Center Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or related role Experience within grocery or perishable food handling environments required Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience preferred Minimum of 2 years of warehouse operations experience required Strong leadership, coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management abilities Ability to manage operational issues in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications Ability to travel as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, sit, and work throughout all warehouse areas and varying temperatures — (Salary range based on experience) —
