Full-Time Job Purpose The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and directing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving, accurate inventory management, and adherence to company standards. This role serves as a key extension of the leadership team, supporting strategic initiatives while working hands-on alongside warehouse staff. Key Responsibilities Assign daily tasks to warehouse employees based on workload and skill level Drive operational success by meeting productivity, quality, and customer service goals Maintain organized and safe warehouse conditions using 5S and housekeeping standards Support onboarding and training of new employees Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and physical counts Act as a change agent and safety champion to promote a strong safety culture Secure facility by managing alarms, testing systems, and locking the building Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs Train and certify equipment operators on safe operation procedures Provide coverage for supervisors during PTO/absences (excluding payroll and discipline) Work alongside team members as a hands-on leader to complete daily tasks Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or 3PL preferred Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven problem-solving skills with root cause analysis ability Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay at $21/hour Opportunity for leadership development and growth Collaborative, team-oriented environment Hands-on leadership role with real impact Apply Today If you're a motivated warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role and make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
