Warehouse Supervisor:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and staff activities Assign, oversee, and support team members to ensure productivity and accuracy Assist with physical warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and inventory troubleshooting Maintain a positive work environment and address staff questions or concerns Utilize warehouse technology and equipment including handheld devices and forklifts Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Your skills and experience: Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting Ability to motivate, train, and direct a diverse team Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse duties Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with warehouse technology and inventory systems High School Diploma or Equivalent What you can expect from our client: Health, Dental, Vision Life and Accident Insurance, STD, LTD 401K with Company match PTO, holiday pay For immediate consideration for the Warehouse Supervisor position, contact our Vermont ETS office at 802.540.1070 today.
