Job Description

Honeybear is seeking a motivated and experienced Shipping Dock Foreman to oversee daily shipping and receiving operations. This is a mid-level management position offering competitive pay based on experience, along with medical insurance, paid vacation, and sick leave benefits.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising daily dock operations Coordinating loading, unloading, staging, shipping, and receiving activities Managing dock employees and work assignments Ensuring freight is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently Maintaining a safe and productive work environment Coordinating freight movement with warehouse and transportation teams
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
