Warehouse Lead- Canvas

• CORT Party Rental is hiring for Warehouse Associates to join our Tenting and Canvas team! Our Warehouse Associates work collaboratively as a part of our operations team; ensuring that our product meets quality standards and arrives where it needs to. This position requires some lead or supervisor experience.

• Pay:

• 23-25 / hour depending on experience.

• Schedule:

• Responsibilities
• + Coordination of loading/unloading tenting products from washing machine and tent drying conveyor.

+ Direct team members in pulling and sorting customer orders. + Run daily reports for staff and set the workflow for the day. + Maintain inventory control of canvas and tenting items and update Production Manager on shortages. + Work with Sales team with order questions and overbookings. + Communicate and delegate duties to the team and hold accountable when needed. + Monitor future tenting reservations to prevent inventory shortages and schedule workflows. + Pulling customer orders and checking for accuracy. + Other duties as assigned.

• Qualifications
• + Must be at least 18 years of age.

+ Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience. + Minimum six months experience of supervising or leading a small team. + Must have reliable transportation. + Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Will spend time on hands an knees working with tenting inventory. + Must pass background checks and drug screens (does not include THC)as a condition of employment. CORT also participates in the E-Verify program.
