Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Lead to join our team in Puyallup, Washington. This individual will be responsible for leading operations, team leadership, problem solving, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of supervisory or lead experience, three years of warehouse distribution experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Puyallup, Washington Duties and Responsibilities Leading Operations:

Overseeing daily activities like unloading, picking, putaway, and loading

Team Leadership:

Assigning work to associates and providing essential training to help them succeed

Problem Solving:

Monitoring trailer flow, defining priorities during bottlenecks, and developing smart alternatives to keep things moving.

Driving Excellence:

Owning facility 5S and implementing Lean principles to constantly improve how we work.

Safety First:

Ensuring every team member follows safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.

Strategic Support:

Partnering with the Distribution Operations Manager on leadership boards and stepping in as a backup manager when needed.

Requirements and Qualifications Experience:

At least one year of supervisory or lead experience is required.

Industry Knowledge:

Three years of warehouse distribution experience is preferred

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Strength:

Ability to perform extremely heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds) throughout your shift and work comfortably inside trailers

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, multi-tasking abilities, and the flexibility to work hours based on business needs. — (Salary range based on experience) —
