Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Commodities Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee and optimize our fast-paced shipping and fulfillment operations. This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader who excels not only in warehouse and transportation logistics but also in high-level coordination and exceptional customer service . The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who thrives in high-volume environments and knows how to build team accountability. Because this position bridges the gap between our supply chain and our clients, it requires outstanding communication skills to ensure our customers and growers receive accurate updates, professional service, and timely, solution-oriented resolution of shipping-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities Logistics & Workflow Coordination Lead Daily Operations:
Oversee daily dry bean and seed shipping, receiving, and warehouse workflows to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Freight & Shipment Coordination:
Seamlessly manage freight scheduling, carrier relations, and multi-modal shipment coordination.
Process Improvement:
Develop and implement workflow improvements to increase inventory flow efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse personnel while ensuring strict compliance with safety standards.
Client Relations & Communication Proactive Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, schedules, and potential delivery delays.
Solution-Oriented Support:
Provide professional, empathetic, and rapid customer support to resolve complex logistics and shipping issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with company leadership to align logistics performance with client expectations and support overall company growth.
Qualifications Logistics Experience:
Proven experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse management, or manufacturing/distribution environments.
Coordination & Multitasking:
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service Excellence:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing client accounts, resolving disputes, or handling professional customer relations.
Leadership & Management:
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and build accountability within an operational team.
Technical Savvy:
Experience working with freight coordination platforms, inventory tracking systems, and modern shipping software.
Job Details & Benefits Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour (Higher compensation offered for candidates with highly relevant logistics and client-management experience)
